The "Vignes Longues" domain is the property of the Chardon family from Caromb.

Vinification:

The Vignes Longues comes from a rigorous selection of grape varieties and grape quality (in terms of maturation and sanitary condition).

Tasting:·

• Visual aspect: very attractive red colour.
• Olfactory aspect: interesting nose with fruity hints. ·
• Gustatory aspect: generous, very well balanced, aromas of cherry with a light hint of liquorice, good length, it affirms all its nobility.

Accompanying foods and wines:

The Domaine des Vignes Longues is well suited to grilled rib of beef or meats served with a sauce.

Serving temperature:
