Region:
In the Vaucluse Department, at the foot of the limestone Mont Ventoux. It grows in stony clayey-limestone soils.History: The Winery, lying near an oratory dedicated to Saint Marc, has borne this name since it was created. According to legend, Saint Marc, the patron saint of winemakers in Provence, passed through Caromb on an evangelisation journey.

- Grenache (40%)
- Syrah (30%)
- Carignan (20%)
- Cinsault (10%)
Vinification:
The owner monitors the optimal condition of maturity and the sanitary state of the grapes, in order to define the date of harvest in agreement with the winery. This crop is destalked and vinified in a traditional manner in a closed vat, for a long maceration period of approximately 20 days, in order to extract from the grape all the qualities required for a vin de garde.
Tasting:·
- Visual aspect: garnet-red colour, limpid and bright.
- Olfactory aspect: nose of red fruits such as cherries, with hints of morello cherries.
- Gustatory aspect: good intensity in the mouth, fruity, structured, firm and tannic.
Accompanying foods and wines:
This vintage is perfectly suited to red meats.
Serving temperature:
This wine should be served at room temperature, namely between 18 and 20°C.
Storage:
It is a vin de garde, meaning that it can be kept, under proper conditions, between 5 and 7 years
