Winemaking at the Saint Marc Winery: between tradition and modernism.



Whilst conserving its traditional methods, the winery has also modernised in order to improve and monitor the quality of its wines:

· thermovinification with flash-détente process · temperature control · selective sorting on arrival · storeroom for ageing in casks

The winery is a production unit equipped with modern technology allowing the production of 55,000 hl, including 40,000 hl of AOC Côtes du Ventoux. The Saint Marc winery produces mainly red wines (85%), as well as white wines (5%) and rosé wines (10%).
